This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
Q. How do I configure Netscape 3.x for Email
A. Click on Options->Mail and News Preferences
- On the servers tab, outgoing mail is smtp.webworldinc.com. The incoming mail is webworldinc.com. POP3 user name is your user name.
- On the identity tab, your name is your user name. Your Email is username@webworldinc.com.

Q. How do I configure Netscape 4.x for Email
A. Click on Edit->Preferences, then click on the + sign next to Mail and Groups.
- Click on Identity and put in your email address (and optionally your name).
- Click on Mail Server. the Mail Server User Name is normally the part of your email address to the left of the @ sign. The Outgoing server is smtp.webworldinc.com. The Incoming server is pop3.webworldinc.com. Enter these two values and press enter.

Q. Configure Internet Explorer for Email?
A. Internet Explorer can be set up to use (a) Eudora, (b) MS Internet Mail, or (c) Outlook 97 if installed on your system. Note: We do not support Outlook 97
For Eudora:
- Click on "View", then "Options"
- Click on the "Programs" tab
- In the "Mail:" pull down list box, choose "Eudora Pro" or "Eudora Light"
- Click OK
- Follow the directions for Eudora
For MS Internet Mail:
- Click on "View", then "Options"
- Click on the "Programs" tab
- In the "Mail:" pull down list box, choose "Internet Mail"
- Click OK
- Click on "Go", then "Read mail..."
- When the "C:\Windows\Internet Mail", window comes up, click on "Mail" then "Options"
- Click on the "Server" tab
- In the "Email address" text box, type in your email address (e.g. support@webworldinc.com).
- In the "Outgoing Mail (SMTP):" text box, type in smtp.webworldinc.com
- In the "Incoming Mail (POP3):" text box, type in webworldinc.com
- Click OK. You are now ready to send and retrieve email.

Q. How do I configure Eudora Light 1.4 for Email?
A. Click on Special->Configuration
- Fill out pop account with your email address, (e.g. support@webworldinc.com).
- Fill in smtp server with smtp.webworldinc.com

Q. How do I configure Eudora Light 3.0 for Email?
A. After downloading and extracting, Go to Start->Programs->Eudora Light. The first time you run this program, the "Options" dialog box will come up. The Getting Started icon will also be highlighted.
- In the POP account, type in your email address, (e.g. support@webworldinc.com).
- Click on hosts, In the SMTP text box, type in smtp.webworldinc.com.
- In the Category list, scroll down to Advanced Network. In Network timeout after, change this to read 600. (Note: while this last step is not required it is highly recommend).
