STANDARD GILDOR'S MODEL SLM PACKAGE WITH CUSTOM SIZE DOOR AND FEATURES

This is a Mothers Market in Costa Mesa where we have taken a standard door package and built angled vertical muntin bars, engineered to match up with vertical mullion in transom above. The transoms where all custom designed and suplied by Gildor as part of the door package to insure proper alignment of door muntin and transom mullions. This method is a very cost-effective way of achieving a unique look for any specialty retail store or outlet.

This Gildor model SLM was chosen by the city of Anaheim because of its high quality and standard of excellence. The Anaheim Community Center wanted a standard Gildor Single Sliding Door Package with a couple of custom features. It has been customized with dual muntin bars with a special painted finish and sensors recessed and mounted into the header. By mounting the sensors inside the header we created a vandal proof sensing deviceand also helped to protect sensors from abuse and moisture penetration. This also helped to create a unique look to a standard door package. All standard painted finishes will be Kynar 500, Silicone Polyester, or baked on Powder Coating. All of the above mentioned painting processed are baked on finishes.

With Gildor's standard of excellence and the heavy-duty SLM drive, we can take a standard package and build it custom size with ease. If the doors are larger or heavier than the doors shown here, Gildor can simply add an additional SLM motor and tie it into one computer control. Then all functions and synchronization of door are monitored and controlled via the standard Bedis. This large door package is typical of a standard door with only one motor drive.
